Are pastas
really healthy?

Pastas are often known as fast food. You know? it’s true!!! yes pastas are fast food, but first we will clear out between fast food and junk food. Junk foods, as the name suggests it’s obvious junk.
Where fast food is where good foods such as fresh pizzas and fresh burgers and fresh pastas are prepared, Fresh as green and red. And yes pastas are healthy isn’t it?
Now I will tell you how it’s healthy,


How pastas are made? From which it is produced? How many of you have this question in your mind?? Lets find out the answer together. You know what pastas are made out of durum wheat. Yes durum wheat is so healthy and it has high content of protein than usual kind of wheat. Drum wheat can be a healthy food for people with diabetic and cardiovascular problems due to its high content of resistant starch. Note its only healthy when its made from durum wheat and not from white flour / maida.

Pastas can be also made out of white flour / maida. Eating this is not going to affect you until you going to eat it for a long term. But once a while having pastas made out of white flour / maida is not going to affect much. What do you say? Come now lets eat some pasta;)
